Senior Data & Tools Specialist (Polarion)

 Role description:

  1. Working for a client in the medical industry,
  2. Managing User Training and Work Instructions to ensure effective software utilization,
  3. Administering and managing configuration, versioning, attributes, and workflows within PLM Tools,
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline processes within PLM tools to meet business needs,
  5. Supporting audits and ensuring proper data connections and traceability,
  6. Managing PLM applications, user access, and licensing assignments,
  7. Overseeing data population, migration, and recovery operations,
  8. Monitoring application health and create metrics for effectiveness,
  9. Serving as a subject matter expert in PLM systems and underlying data structures,
  10. Possessing expertise in scripting technologies such as JavaScript, velocity, xml, etc.,
  11. Understanding data migrations from legacy systems to new systems,

 Skills:   

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
  2. High energy, agile mindset, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  3. Strong knowledge and proven experience of Polarion is a must have for this role
  4. Strong knowledge of Jira, Jira align, HPALM administration, and configuration, including workflows, custom fields, enumerations, read-only fields, forms, etc.,
  5. Understanding of principles of requirements management, software development, and configuration management,
  6. Srong knowledge of scripting in Polarion & Jira using velocity, JavaScript, XML, etc.,
  7. Strong understanding of data migrations from legacy systems to new systems,
  8. Strong problem-solving and root cause corrective action investigation background,
  9. Knowledge of and experience with medical devices regulations or similar regulated development,
  10. Knowledge of SAFe and agile transformation in a mid-size organization.

 Type of work: Remote

 Working hours: 10 am – 6 pm CET (alternatively, with the customer's agreement, 9 am - 5 pm)
